- Aqarmap Expo is a service that enables buyers to conduct initial bookings on properties offered by real estate developers ("Developer") . Aqarmap's role is merely to connect the buyer with the developer.
- Aqarmap's role in this service is merely a platform operator. Aqarmap does not act as a broker, agent, consultant, advisor or any other role than a neutral platform operator.
- Aqarmap is not a third party in the final contracts that will be potentially signed between the buyer and the developer.
- All the content, information, prices, photos, and details are the responsibility of the developer. Aqarmap is not responsible for the accuracy of the developer claims, and encourages the buyers to validate the claims of the developer before signing any contractual agreements.
- Aqarmap's responsibility is strictly restricted to the initial booking service and the initial booking deposit fee.
- Aqarmap is responsible for refunding the buyers initial booking fee if the buyer cancelled the initial booking within 7 days of booking date.
- To cancel a booking the buyer must sign a cancellation form and send it to Aqarmap along with copy of ID within 7 days of booking date.
- Approved refunds get processed using the same credit card used when booking and cannot be repaid in any other way.
- Refunds typically take from 14 to 21 business days to get fully processed according to the banks standard process.
- If the buyer did not cancel the initial booking before the announced deadline, the buyer will lose the initial booking deposit, and will not be entitled to any refund.
- The developer guarantees the unit price booked by the buyer until the initial booking deadline expires. If the buyer does not sign a purchase agreement with the developer before the deadline, the developer can consider the booking expired and can sell the unit to another buyer or increase the price of the unit.
